Questions asked on behalf of Gresham residents to the Ex Deputy Mayor in Council chamber... recorded by the BBC World News Service... 

Regarding any Erimus Housing involvement... in the Gresham demolition plans... 

Still need to be "openly and honestly"... answered...

Ex Deputy Mayor Brady...   later implied by letter...   the Ex Councillor who asked these questions... by the very nature of trying to get to the truth... was being mischievous...

But as ever Ex Deputy Mayor Brady... like Mayor Mallon... despite their open and honest claims... continue to act as secret agents to all who request truthful answers regarding Gresham Gems demolition...

In light of the Middlesbrough Council Executive claim of being

"open and honest"... these questions remain unanswered... 

Ex Councillor Brady was asked later... by email for answers...

His reply was "this is a private matter"...

Once again the people of Middlesbrough and Gresham... are denied basic information... and more importantly the truth...

Bob "I am disgusted with the people" Brady... later fully supported... an opinion poll... from the questions and people asked... it remains the "opinion" on scrutiny of the questions... this poll was little more than mass blackmail... questions ranged from... "if YOU get a new kitchen... bathroom etc... would YOU support DEMOLITION...

hands up all those home owners that would answer NO... to this... thought so... we have NO takers for that...

so the answer is you would all say yes... because we live in a "I'm all right Jack" society...

Have repeatedly and directly attempted to manipulate Middlesbrough's private house sale values...

By making false media statements regarding the state of Middlesbrough's housing market...

In part by keeping ex council owned housing stock which is now owned by Erimus Housing... within Gresham empty, forlorn and in poor state of repair...

By the deliberate action of the Erimus Housing Board... in keeping several hundred...   Erimus Housing owned... properties boarded up and empty across other parts of town...

Ex Deputy Mayor of Middlesbrough, Ex Member of the Executive, Chair of Erimus housing... for many years in the pre Mallon the Destroyer... era...

Is well remembered as Councillor responsible for Housing...

Is that why so many Council and ex Council housing stock... across the town can be... and have been... left boarded up and empty... most pre Erimus housing take over of ownership...

Directors of Erimus housing undertook bank loans with the Royal Bank of Canada... using ex Council owned properties... tax payers assets as collateral... the asset value of the ex Council owned stock was set at around £10 million... it is not known if Erimus has paid off this sum back to Middlesbrough tax payers coffers and if so when... but in any event the Erimus bank loans are said to be above £100 million...

these loans to Erimus cause grave concern to owner occupiers living on or near the many proposed Middlesbrough Executive development sites across the town...

the reason being... can the people of Middlesbrough be enlightened by the Ex Deputy Mayor of Middlesbrough and Director of Erimus housing Ex Councillor Bob Brady along with other Middlesbrough Executive Members and councillors who sit as Directors on the Erimus housing board... explain... how exactly did you arrange bank loans for over ten times the asset value of this ex Council tax payers housing stock... some owner occupiers wonder as the decision makers of all that would take place in Middlesbrough... did the Board of Erimus Directors... attach land that did not belong to them...

i.e. land belonging to owner occupiers houses...

due to the fact as Middlesbrough Councillors... you may have already decided in secret meetings... to extend demolition plans across a wide area of Middlesbrough... and thereby gaining control of the lands beneath owner occupiers houses...
