Firstly... Middlesbrough Council... will be able to sell off the land to their friends... the Property and Land Developers...

Secondly... this move will guarantee the income and profits... of privately owned Middlesbrough Nursing Homes...

how many members involved at Middlesbrough Town Hall Executive... have affiliations with privately owned Middlesbrough Nursing Homes...

Which sets the land value alone of the average size terraced property in Gresham TS1...

At around "£120,000... that is without any standing building... now who is conning who in Middlesbrough.

This "truth" factor of land and property values... is fully supported by recent RBS housing price surveys... and other sources...

The mystery remains... why did Councillor Barry Coppinger...  claim this building and land... was sold to Aldi months ago... 

Just who... is the Coppinger gang trying to con...

Coppinger... being an Executive Member... and therefore holding a "hands on decision making position"... along with all the other Members of Middlesbrough Executive...

Should be fully aware of the reality and truths... surrounding the Aldi - South Tees Health Trust.. "sale" of the Infirmary building and land... and therefore be totally aware of the true... Gresham TS1 land values... 

The only conclusions to be drawn are either...

Coppinger and supporters on Middlesbrough Council are liars...

By giving out false statements to the media...

They are not capable or fit to hold public office...
