Middlesbrough Council on behalf of the tax payers... should commence immediate Legal Action against... the designer, makers and fitters...

The timber used is splitting... joints don't match, timber ends, are of a shoddy, disgraceful finish... the varnish is multi coloured, with runs, pools and missed sections...

Over £6,000 of public funds... the reported cost for each seat... would be wasted... if no Legal Action was taken...

Yet for Gresham homeowners...

This very same David Budd attaches little or no value on their lives and assets...

In the mean time...

The Tax paying people of Middlesbrough... should be given sand paper, brush and varnish... to initiate temporary measures of repairs...
