Middlesbrough Mayor Ray "Master Plan" Mallon along with MBC Executive play a April Fool stunt on the people of Middlesbrough... Middlesbrough Council is expected to win new April Fool award for their latest April 2010 Master Plan for Gresham and the Gem Streets..

After a lengthy ConSultation lasting all of five minutes MBC have come up with a New Master Plan reworking the Old Master Plan so it can be now called new.. Middlesbrough Executive could teach the Aladdin Lamp salesman a trick or two.. strangely no one living in Gresham was asked their opinion or given a chance to voice an opinion.. as usual MBC predetermined the outcome some months back.. the first people knew about the New Master Plan was in radio news broadcasts.. this led to a flurry of protest phone calls..

MBC balls it all up again from the out set.. as late as the 30th March spoof ConSultations with "groups" were still being held.. yet radio and newspapers ran the New Master Plan story on the first of April.. this caused great embarrassment to Middlesbrough Council.. with people first hearing about the Master Plan on the news.. despite MBC promises to get a Glossy" out explaining the new plan.. it's widely believed that MBC printed the New Master Plan Glossy several months ago.. and the MBC Planning Team had forgotten the storage location of the New Master Plan Glossies..

tea n sympathy will be handed out to those newly mentioned unLUCKY home owners in Gresham Gems.. the people expect Ray "Master Plan" Mallon to turn up to serve the people at the envisaged new Gresham Gems Master Plan Homeless Tea Kiosk..

MBC are expected to announce a new Master Plan part 2 is being produced.. this will enable Soup Kitchens to be located along side a new "Refugee's from MBC oppression Camp Site" for Gresham Gems house owners forcibly removed from their homes.. to enable Middlesbrough Council to refurbish the property and sell on for a profit.. provisions will be included in the new "Refugee's from Middlesbrough Council Oppression Camp Site" for the ten thousand people airbrushed off Middlesbrough Housing waiting lists..

MBC requests for assistance are going out to the 2010 Haiti earthquake survivors to provide donations for tents and temporary accommodation for the people of Middlesbrough..

General Ray "Master Plan" Mallon is expected to be on hand at the Gresham Gems Homeless Tea Kiosk.. providing his customary support to the people of Gresham Gems.. Ray "Master Plan" Mallon is well remembered for the last support he gave people in Gresham Gems.. people across the UK remember Mr Ray "Master Plan" Mallon's Cancer slur of Middlesbrough Gresham Gems..
